November 4th provided another special moment in my life, and there are indeed many people to thank for the success of our campaign for the 121st Assembly seat. First and foremost I’d like to thank my family.  Their support throughout the campaign lightened the load for me while adding many burdens to their daily life.  Next, I need to thank all the volunteers and contributors whose energy, ideas and enthusiasm fueled this race.  We couldn’t have done it without them.

But most of all I want to thank the people of Central New York.  You once again chose a positive message and proved that by doing so we could build a bipartisan coalition within the district.  I believe this will pay big dividends over the next two years.

While the campaign was exciting and the results exhilirating, the easy part is over and the hard work begins.  We have big problems and they are very real.  But we can’t let them derail our common goals of creating good jobs, building strong schools, cutting taxes and making sure healthcare is available and affordable for whoever needs it.  Working together anything is possible.

The past few months have been incredible and I can’t wait to work side by side with all of you over the next two years.
